A member asked:

Is it bad to have seed like specimen in stools?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually not: Many plants propagate by surrounding their seeds with tasty fruits. These are eaten and the seeds have a coating which resists digestion if swallowed whole and they are discharged in the stool. In natural circumstances these make it onto the ground and can grow the next generation of plants. You ate something with digestion resisted seeds and that is why you see them.
