Plastic wrap: The easiest way is to lift the seat of your toilet at home and apply plastic wrap like a hammock. Then put the seat back down and sit and have your bowel movement. When you are done you can easily transfer your specimen to the container given to you by your doctor or the laboratory and then bring it to the lab.
