What eating?: What are you eating- If you are a strict vegetarian- The vegetables may not be satisfying you. Foods that take longer to digest include, Meat, chicken, turkey, lamb and milk and cheese. Try incorporating them in your diet to make up at least 25% of your plate and you should feel fuller.
