Eating disorder: Your body doesn't need those calories. You are obese, and so the desire to eat is psychological. If you feel compelled to eat that often, when you are obese, you likely have an eating disorder. Talk to your doctor for a referral to an eating disorder specialist. Feeling tired can be from too much blood being used for digestion, not enough left to keep brain alert.
