Are you fulfilled?: Do u like your job? Do u have good friends? What about exercise or hobbies? Do u give ; receive love? How old do u feel? What would u like to change in ur life or urself? Try volunteering somewhere -- seeing what other people worry about can make u feel better about urself. There's no one answer for everyone. Psychotherapy can be a good way to find out what's really at the core of ur depression.
