Physical measures: At 23, you can be very successful in dealing with obesity -- but height is limited by genetics. The growth plates in your bones have likely closed by now. Can you love yourself anyway? This is very important in self-care. If you're self-critical or self-abusive, it will be hard to care for yourself enough to attend to healthy food plan or exercise. Help for this is available in psychotherapy.

Depression: Try to live the best lifestyle possible by exercising daily, eating a plant based diet similar to the mediterranean diet and begin a weight resistance program as well. Your best option is probably to consult with an exercise physiologist who are experts in designing weigh loss programs along with providing you with a nutrition plan. Check with your doctor before beginning any program. My best.
