Meat: All animal muscle is complete protein for humans. While containing some fats the amount depends on the type of meat and cut of meat. Eggs are complete protein but smaller quantities. Keep in mind that protein is difficult to digest and overeating protein may be eventually detrimental in terms of gastrointestinal disease, live and kidneys.
