Remember: Unless you really focus on high intensity(heavy weight) resistance training, you are unlikely to gain significant muscle size. Depending on your genetics though, even light weight may allow you to gain muscle mass regardless of high/low rep high/low weight for any exercise. Just like how some people gain muscle mass just from body weight exercises. Otherwise focus on endurance activities.
