Falls outside: Eyelashes are continuously produced, mature and fall out. The eye is quite effective at dealing with this and lashes that fall into the eye soften with the moisture and are washout. This happens all of the time. The lash will fall onto your skin, or the ground. They are in fact tiny and rarely noticed during this cycle.
