Could be sinuses: A sinus infection, or pressure within the sinuses can cause all of these symptoms (mainly because there are sinuses all around the eyes and in the face). This could also be a symptom of a more generalized infection such as the flu, so if you have a fever or if the symptoms are persistent or worsening, see a doctor for a diagnosis and treatment.
