With this symptomatology partial seizures are a possibility here. I recommend going directly to a neurologist for accurate diagnosis,testing and any appropriate treatment, if needed.

Advise you have these "spells" fully evaluated by your physician. Not clear if these are syncopal or pre-syncopal, and could even consider seizure auras. This could be associated with anemia, hypoglycemia, thyroid, dehydration, medication or drug reactions. Until clarified, would avoid driving, activities at heights, use of power tools, bathing or swimming alone.
