If broken: You need to know if the joint is affected as those toes may need surgical repair. A jammed toe could possibly be unnamed but again you want to know if any fractures prior to performing the "un jamming". Best to see foot doc.

Please tell me what treatments can I use to heal a broken or jammed toe?

See below.: Initially, apply ice and elevate. If severe or persistent, see podiatrist to get proper diagnosis. Often in uncomplicated, non-displaced breaks, the toe can be splinted or taped to the next toe. Wear a loose fitting or open toed shoe.
