A member asked:

Help, what to expect when getting sedated for wisdom teeth removal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It may depend: What to expect during your sedation may depend upon what type of sedation you are having as well as the depth of sedation. With light sedation you should be relaxed and comfortable with minimal recall. With deep sedation or general anesthesia, you should have a pleasant sleep and no recall. With either technique you will still receive local anesthesia so your mouth will be numb.
