Please explain what happens when your pancreas is cut?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pancreas: I do not know what you mean by "Pancreas is cut". Your pancreas makes enzymes that are important in digestion of foods, and it makes insulin. Deficiencies in these can cause digestive problems, or diabetes. But what is meant by cut? Do you mean surgery? Presumably the surgery is removing something that is already bad. Please talk to your doctor, or submit a more specific question.
