I was wondering what do you do for nose bleeds and train/plane travel?

Treat dryness: Plane air is v ery dry as part of the air circulation to remove body odors, etc. From the general air supply. This means the air will dry your nasal passages. Make sure you are well hydrated. Find some ayr nasal gel which you can squirt into your nose to help with the dryness and any nasal spray can help also.

AFRIN (oxymetazoline): The preventive method has been elaborated by other doc already, i just want to add one thing: bring afrin (oxymetazoline) with you, when nose bleeding happens, use a cotton ball to absorb afrin (oxymetazoline) liquid and squeeze into your bleeding nostril, it will stop it from bleeding.
