Depends: Most nose bleed are from the blood vessels in the front of the nose. Pinch your nose, breathe through your mouth, lean forward and hold the nose pinched from 2-5 minutes. If that does not control the bleeding it would be prudent to go to the nearest hospital. Wish you good health.
