Multiple reasons: Allergies, Infection, Intra nasal spray use, nose picking can be some of the reasons that can cause nasal bleeds. Holding the nose for 10 minutes usually helps stop the bleed. Nasal saline drops can be of help to keep nose moisturized. Recurrent bleeds need at least once time evaluation by a doctor.
