Nose bleed: It means you should have someone look at it. It might not be a big deal, but you may have a large vessel on your septum that has ruptured. You could have an ulcer or lesion in your nose. You nose could just be super dry and need some simple cautery. Having it looked at will help you to know what it is and you'll learn what treatment options are available for you.
