Can someone tell me if plastic surgery is safe if you're diabetic and had bell's palsy?

Safe surgery: It should be as safe as most other procedures but it depends on the exact procedure being performed. Diabetes, in general, increases the risk of infection, but if well controlled it should not be prohibitive. Bells palsy should not have any effect on risk of surgery.
