It's pretty routine: Lip augmentation is pretty routine. Biologic fillers (like Juvederm and Restylane) come prepackaged in a syringe and are injected directly into the lips. It takes about 20-30 minutes. Lip implants require a tiny incision to be made into the corner of the lip, and the implant is then threaded into position. It takes about an hour.
