Not really: Glaucoma comes from anatomical or age related changes in the eyes. It is not common but does affect 2% of the population. There is no dietary or physical activity you can do to prevent its onset if that is your destiny. It is , however, quite treatable so be sure to have an examination regularly by an ophthalmologist if you have risk factors.

Everyone is at risk: Although you cannot change certain things about developing glaucoma, such as positive family history of glaucoma, high myopia, being black or hispanic, aging, there are some important positive and beneficial approaches to keeping your eyes healthy. Eating a healthy diet, exercise, eye protection, yearly eye examinations(high risk groups), careful monitoring of eye pressure if on corticosteroids.
