Your question is not entirely understandable. Medications that dilate the pupil can precipitate acute glaucoma in a person with a narrow angle. It would be prudent to seek guidance from your ophthalmologist who knows your eye health better. Wish you good health!

The architecture of the trabecular ANGLES determine the likelihood of ANGLE CLOSURE and glaucoma. If your angles are narrow enough to put you at risk for acute angle closure attack. You should have a glaucoma specialist evaluate you to determine whether you would benefit from laser iridotomy.
