Side effect: Some appetite suppressing medications act as diaretics and create oral conditions that are dry and irritating. Better would be to consider weight loss without these medications with significant side effects.

See doctor: If you are still taking the appetite suppressant, you should stop. If you have stopped and still have dry mouth, call your doctor to discuss your symptoms.
