When i purse my lips above my mouth and below my eye twitch. the longer i hold it the more it does it. doesnt do it when not pursing lips. i just did it again a few times and its not happening now except eye sometimes. anxiety? i also have dry eye?

I would consider this as a somewhat unusual posturing of one set of facial muscles causing transient irritability of another set of facial muscles and of no significance. I don't think anxiety or dry eye syndrome comes into play.
