Re-evaluate: These can be symptoms of low blood pressure. Stay well hydrated, stop all alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, eat 6 servings of vegetables and at least one apple a a day for good hydration and nutrition. Check your body temperature. If it is low you might be vit d deficient. Chapped lips can be present when you need more essential fatty acids. Get 7-8 hours of sleep and move through the day.
