You should be ok: Now to fly and the pressure and flow should be about normal now. The risk of flying would have been the surgery itself, but you are well healed now.

Safe to fly: No link between flying in an aircraft and brain aneurysm rupture has ever been demonstrated. Since your aneurysm was treated one year ago, you should have already had a follow up angiogram (or mra, cta) to show if the coils still occlude the aneurysm. If so, you should be ok to fly. Ask your neurosurgeon about your specific case.
