Had an mri on my ankle 6 months ago. it shows i have fluid in the kagers fat pad. had a cortisone injection for pain. how do i remove the fluid and pain?

I do not : Recommend steroid injections to this anatomical region. I think you run the risk of an achilles tear by doing so. I would try walking in a cam walker boot for a couple of weeks and see how you feel. You could ice the region while at rest. I would consider an antiinflammatory medication if no contraindication.
