Minor salivary gland: These small bumps are most likely minor salivary glands that may have become a bit inflamed. As long as they are not painful, don't grow larger, and go away then you should be fine. If they persist have the area looked at by your dentist or an oral surgeon.

Small bumps: Small bumps on hard palate are probably minor salivary glands. Show them to your Dentist for an accurate diagnosis.
