Very small bump on soft palate. the bump looks a bit bumpy and feels crusty or rough. pinkish in color. i tried to scrape it off but that just made it bleed, dumb i know. it feels like it's trying to come off. can this be a canker or cold sore?

Small bump: Hundreds of reasons for a bump in the mouth. Determine exactly what's growing on your soft palate, the cause of the lesion, whether it is benign or malignant, and if it should be treated or observed, requires examination rather than just a vague description. Please see your General Dentist, or a specialist Oral Surgeon, or Specialist Oral Pathologist. Not cold sore. Probably not canker sore.
