Probably not: Canceroul lesions don't just suddenly appear. Please call your dentist for an appointment. Dentist will be able to see, feel, examine, x-ray, probe, etc the bump and guide you. Need exam.

Yes: Any lump in the mouth can be cancerous. See an oral surgeon for evaluation asap.

Large bump on hard palate. Dentists say mucocele. If it were cancer would it show on a ct scan of sinuses/face. Been there 5 years. Gotten bigger.
