A member asked:

Could be me, but the past 2x i went for long walks up some trails, on the way home i noticed my hands and fingers seemed swollen. is this possible?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

As: You continue walking, hear rate goes up, muscles get warmed up, blood has to cool down causing swelling and vasodilation most noticeable in your extremities. This occurs more so in warmer climates.
