None: Of these numbers are of concern. The variation in platelet size may have "confused" the automated instrument.

My CBC mpv is 12.3. Ref range for my lab is 7.4-11.3. It has been hovering around 11.1 -11.9 since may 2012 platelet count has/is in the 190-230 range. What coditions could this indicate?
