Probably normal: Are you having unusual bleeding or bruising symptoms such that you you getting your platelet counts checked often? Your total number of platelets is normal, and your slightly elevated mpv usually is not clinically significant. A common cause of a higher mpv is that immature platelets are being released from the bone marrow a little early (which can happen when they are being consumed in itp).

Probably none: The mpv is one of the least important measurements in the complete blood count. It stands for mean platelet volume, so in the context of a normal platelet count, no clinically significant history of abnormal bleeding and no family history of platelet disorders, it probably represents a clinically insignificant deviation from the normal (95% of normal subjects) platelets size. A numerical oddity.

Not serious: This means the platelets are larger than usual. May indicate vitamin deficiency or bone marrow disorder; but if the other counts are normal and you have no unusual symptoms, then do not worry. Suggest having blood counts every 3- 6 mos.
