Head Pain: Any kind of head pain that results from trauma of this sort should be evaluated by at minimum a ct scan of the brain. If there is concern about radiation, MRI would be even better. Many pains in the head can be from irritation of bone, muscle, skin, cartilage, dentition, but head pain following trauma needs evaluation by a specialist.
