Severe : Severe pain with chewing coupled with the orbital and ocular complaints you are describing sounds more in line with a possible trimalar (tripod) fracture. You definitely want to have an opthalmologic exam to examine your eye and will need dedicated ct scans of your orbits and facial bones. If a fracture is seen there are many specialty fields that potentially can handle repair, if needed, and include ent, maxillofacial surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons, and general plastic surgeons. Find out who is experienced in your area with this type of fracture repair.
