TMJ: Car accidents frequently cause damage to the jaw joints that doesn't necessarily show up immediately. See a dentist, preferably one trained in trudenta therapy for examination, diagnosis and proper treatment.

TMJ: You need to see a dentist and have him or her check your tempromandibular joint. An x ray may not see anything because this may not be a bone problem but a muscle problem which needs to be taken care of.

TMJ: TMJ problem. See a TMJ expert. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
