Unlikely serious: It would be important to evaluate your urinary symptoms with all of this. Vaginal swabs tend to pick up many types of bacteria so this information is not always particularly helpful. It sounds from your note that the discharge has stopped and then the question would be what did you change that resolved the discharge.
