It depends: To answer correctly, day 1 of your cycle is the first day you bleed. If you are trying to get pregnant, then mid cycle would be the most fertile period. If the urine test was for pregnancy it was a waste. Wait 2 weeks after a missed period and then check a pregnancy test.
