Not significantly: Most OB's order 24 hour urine in pregnant hypertensivie patients and almost all pregnant patients have leukorrhea (pregnancy discharge). It is primarily mucous and not loaded with protein. While it might contribute a small amount , it still wouldn't matter because the cutoffs we use for preeclampsia are all based on pregnant women with similar discharge.
