Unsure what it means: BP is in mm mercury and would be 145/90, not 14.5/9, and this is borderline. Hemoglobin in the us is given in grams per deciliter, and is usually 12-15 grams/dl, so am not sure if you mean 13.5 grams, which wouldn't have anything to do with your blood pressure. This blood pressure (if its 145/90) is not dangerous, and i would recommend reducing salt in your diet and trying to lose some weight.
