Chest & abdominal pa: Your son need to be reevaluated & have work up done, his B/P is low & pulse is elevated, most likey it is a gastrointestinal problem, possible dehydration propably not taking enough fluids, you can go to ER, he will also need a gastroentrologist consult, chest pain is most likey from the stomach but it also has to be addressed, I'm concerned obout possible blood loos from GI tract.
