My 13 y o son complains his stomach and that chest hurts a lot. clinic said it was heartburn meds not help. blood pressure is 89/55 heart 111?

Chest & abdominal pa: Your son need to be reevaluated & have work up done, his B/P is low & pulse is elevated, most likey it is a gastrointestinal problem, possible dehydration propably not taking enough fluids, you can go to ER, he will also need a gastroentrologist consult, chest pain is most likey from the stomach but it also has to be addressed, I'm concerned obout possible blood loos from GI tract. Good l
