BP: 127 is OK but 96 is high. Please go to the nearest Emergency Facility to confirm your blood pressure and decide appropriate treatment.

BP 127/96: Do not worry. We are usually concerned with the top number initially ( the systolic BP) if it is > 140 . There is no significant data on isolated diastolic elevation when systolic BP is normal. Would repeat it in several hours, may be lower but do not worry , the concern is about systolic BP when above 140.
