??: Not sure what the 2 first meds are those are not names that are used in the states i usually use either Indomethacin or colchacine for treatment of acute gout depending on which joint it is affected a cortisone injection into the joint space can also be very effective / one way or another the acute episodes are usually self limited over a week or so best of luck hope you feel better soon.
