See a rheumatologist: See a rheumatologist. You have to stop relying on meds that just treat the acute attack and start meds that you take regularly that can prevent future attacks. No matter what other docs say, diets other than alcohol restriction have little benefit.

You need : What you need is medication that's prevents the uric acid from building up. Talk to your doctor about Allopurinol or something similar.
