ANY OTHER SYMPTOMS ?: This may represent just a little stomach viral bug, especially if he has associated diarrhea. If he has any hint of a sore throat or exposure to strep, i would also consider that, even with no fever. This age group i see as many kids with your son's symptoms who have strep as those who complain of sore throat. Also to consider is chronic constipation. See if you can find out how often he poops.
