Bipolar Disorder: I see that you've listed multiple antidepressants in your clinical information, but no mood stabilizing medications. Using antidepressants without these mood stabilizers can risk manic episodes -- your moods will definitely be harder to control. Please see your psychiatrist asap. This could be why you're having blow-ups even though you try to stay calm.
