Boring routines: Make sure that you're giving yourself boring routines. If you are having racing thoughts during the day need a strategy that is so boring, their thoughts stop bothering them. It may be going for a walk in a quiet area, doing math, making art (although this is not necessarily boring) – anything that doesn't "excite" the mind and body. Do your best to stay off electronics.

See your DR or a: Psychiatrist right away. There are variety of medicines to calm your nerves, slow down your thought process, relieve your anxiety and depression & help u sleep. Adequate sleep is very important in your treatment. If u smoke, drink alcohol or use recreational drugs, try quitting! take care!
