Get healthy: Begin by being in best overall health possible: 1. No smoking (you or your partner) 2. Get to a normal weight (bmi ideally 22 to 27) 3. Balanced diet and exercise daily if already doing these, it's time to work with your doctor to make sure your blood pressure, labwork and any recommended pre-natal nutrition recommendations are started. See an MD: If you have tried to conceive naturally and you have not had luck, then it is likely that the decreased motility (which is probably the most important component of the semen analysis) is the problem. He may try antioxidants. Because of your age, you do not have a long time to waste. Frequent intercourse around ovulation may help if on your own.
