I am currently in nexplanon implant. i want to start taking maca roots supplements/powder to gain weight but i hear it increases a womans fertility. does this mean i can get pregnant if i take maca roots while in nexplanon?

No studies: Unfortunately at this time there are no studies which have been done to determine effects of MACA on birth control. Since MACA is a hormonal adaptogen (meaning it supports production of the body's natural hormones) it may in theory increase your own natural hormones. Whether this would interfere with birth control or not is not clear. Start slow and use a backup method of Birth Control.
