Yes: Look at both sides, timing of activity, iui...Intrauterine insemination, depending on age spouse ivf is option....Younger female in my mind allows for more time with other options.

Urology Consult: Sperm count and analysis examines numbers and quality of these. A prognostic score is given taking all this into account. The male partner must be examined by a urologist to determine a treatable diagnosis that may improve sperm count motility and quality
